Hello once again, good day over there. At my okra plantation site I have noticed this Insect on the okra leaf. Please what is the type of this Insect its benefits or side effects on my plantation?

The insect look like skipper (butterfly) belong to family Hesperiidae, of the Lepidoptera (moths and butterflies). The adult butterflies are beneficial, particularly helps in pollination. They feed on nectar and can be seen nectaring on a variety of flowers.
