Both myself and my neighbors are having a problem with something that seems to be laying eggs on the newly developing blueberry resulting in a firm mass inside the blueberry almost the size of the BB. Many of the blueberries look normal and others have a slight indentation. I would estimate it has affected at least half of the blueberries on my bushes. I live in the mountains in Western North Carolina. I could not find anything under blueberry pests that quite describe our problem. Any information you could give us would be appreciated.
