This may be a viral infection in the plant. I noticed some yellowing (chlorosis) in areas not near the main vein. Also, a nutrient deficiency will often affect leaves more uniformly than this. Removal of the affected plant(s) is the recommended treatment. In the future, spray insecticides to manage insects that transmit the pathogen as per label instructions and do not let insect (aphid, leaf hoppers, sharpshooters, etc) populations build up. Also, dip any equipment (pruning shears, etc) in milk or soapy solution between cuts, making certain to do so between plants. This is done to not accidentally transmit the virus, just like you would not use the same surgical scalpel on two people without disinfecting it between the two.
Best.
