I have a couple of suggestions. If you only bought and planted one plant then it is quite likely that this is an issue with pollination of the flowers. Raspberry flowers are pollinated by bees and without visits from the insects, the berries will not form properly, if at all. You should try to encourage bees into your garden or you can also try hand pollinating the raspberry flowers with a paintbrush. This would rule out the unlucky situation of simply having a sterile plant. Does your plant have any other outward symptoms other than the lack of fruit? For example, yellow streaks or spots on the leaves?
