white dots on my guava leaves and started to be yellow and seems that something is eating it

Guava    Florida

Hi
I have about 12 guava trees. I planted them in a pots because the weather in north Florida has some frost in the winter. I lost some of them before in the frost. Now in the summer I pot them outside in the sun. No problems except some white dots on the leaves. in the winter I put them in green house and the problems started. the leaves start to be eaten and start to be yellow and brown. It will be appreciated it you take a look and tell me what to do? Thanks in advance.
Here is some of my collection

The main pests on guava are Guava moth (Argyresthia eugeniella) and Smith's strepsicrates moth (Strepsicrates smithiana). Though we are not sure which pest is damaging your plants unless we see the insect. Generally spraying neem oil or any product with Azadirachtin gives protection from insect pests.
