Benefical or pest insect?

We have this kind of isect associated to flowers of bell pepper crops under greenhouses.
This crop has also attack of mites and trips.
We would like to know if this insect in the picture is a benefical insect or a pest.
If you know the order and genus it would be an interesting information to know more about them

The image is not clear, it will be helpful if you upload good images. I think it could be thrips. The most common pest on bell pepper in the green house is Western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis).
