Tiny white insects on my okra plantation

I am new to the okra farming system in Nigeria, having planted the seeds 25 days now, but I am afraid by noticing some tiny white insects flying around when the plant is touch from under the leaves.
Aren't the tiny white insects dangerous to my okra plantation?

Better if u can put an image of the insects for proper identification.
From your description it seems, the insect is white-fly. It can be dangerous for your plantation as it can cause rapid transmission of diseases (leaf curl virus, etc) in your okra plantation. If you are doing organic cultivation use following methods to manage this pest:
Light trap in field
Sticky traps
Fumigation with neem leaves

I agree with Madhav, it sounds like whitefly but an image is needed.
Whitefly are small plant sucking insects. The latin name is Bemisia tabaci. As adults they stick their mouthparts into the plant to suck the juices. This take resources from the plant (and reduces how much you harvest). They often transmit viral diseases.
Try to provide images.
What sort of control tools do you have for insect pests? How big is your farm?
