Yellow spots

Chilli Pepper    None Given

My Thai chilis have yellow spots and yellowing edges on the older leaves. I've fertilized a couple weeks ago with osmocote plus outdoor and indoor fertilizer (pink cap) . Should I add more?

When I was taking the additional photos, i noticed that the leaves are somewhat translucent in the light spots.

I think it could be a nutrient deficiency, particularly Manganese. The main symptoms are appearance of yellow spots between the veins of leaves. Also, some time it can appear as interveinal chlorosis similar to that of Iron deficiency.
