tips of leaves turning brown, is it sick?

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the plant is just sick but I recently got this tomato plant and it seems to be struggling. It is very tall but slender and doesn't seem to be growing much (or really at all in the 2 weeks i've had it so far). Although it does have two new tomatoes, I still get the feeling something is wrong. Do you know if the leaves turning brown is a disease?
The leaves have been brown at the tip but over all the plant seems healthy besides that and being scrawny.

Ali, could you please upload a closer image of the brown spots on the leaves? From first glance it could be bacterial spot but also early stages of septoria leaf spot. Do you notice any gray/white centers in the brown spots? Or all the same color? almost 7 years ago.
