What can cause such disease?

Beet    Moscow

I have two candidates (Fusarium and Verticillium) so far. Again, samples are not available.

It looks to me like Fusarium. Has beet been grown on that spot before?

David, yes, they grow sugar beet for 2 years on the same field. I agree with you and will test such plants this year - we plan to have experiments in 2 different regions. So far, these are pictures made by Syngenta support team.
