Strange blackening on my Asian pear: what is it?

Hi there!
I noticed on my Hosui bare rooted plant these blackenings in correspondence of the cuts.
According to the nursery it is a fungal disease and gave me a new one.
After a couple of weeks on this new plant appeared the same blackenings.
They appeared also on my nijisseiki bare rooted plant and also on some cuttings used to graft a wild pear at about 1km from these two Asian pears.
I always used disinfected tools with bleach and fire or different tools on these plants.
So, according to you it is a fungal disease or a natural process?
It is very strange that it affected plants so far.

From Twitter: How fast does it appear? Any bacterial streaming? Perhaps fire blight (Erwinia amylovora) or Pseudomonas syringae. Maybe scion rejection by rootstock (sometimes due to . Or, chemical burn due to residual bleach on grafting tools. Did you use budding tape?
I don't think it's fungal unless you see sporulation or isolate a fungus from the lesion margin.

Thank you. It appeared in about two weeks from cuttings. I cut them with disinfected tools, put Bordeaux mixture and some mastic. I made the same on other plants and the same thing happened at about 1km of distance. These are grafted plants of 2-3 years old, I did not used any budding tape. about 7 years ago.
