Cherry leaves being eaten from their edges
Cherry (including sour)

I have two orchards on the same 3.6 acre plot unequally split by laurels and bounded by Lelandii, laurels and multiple trees in one corner. The cherries and plums in one orchard suddenly have their leaves eaten from their edges and some of the fruit seem to suffer because the stems are also attacked. This orchard consists of plums, cherries, nectarines, peaches, apricots and all are affected. The chene trouffe and fig, the mulberry and the crab apple are not affected as yet. This is the second year I have seen this affliction and the orchard is only 3 years old. I have used winter wash over the winter. I can not see aphids or borers. I plan to use Provado Ultimate Bug Killer Concentrate. I wish I knew what was causing this problem. At this time the second orchard about 100 yards away does not seem to be threatened in the same way. This contains mainly apples, pears and 2 morello cherries.
Totally agree. I will send a photo tomorrow. Thanks for replying. So I have ordered some Provado. Do you reckon this is correct? I would like to deal with the problem for the longer term with the minimum of disruption of the environment ATVB almost 9 years ago.
Also, can you set up some sticky traps to see what the culprits might be almost 9 years ago.
