Sunscald or a fungus

Pepper, bell    None Given

Trying to figure out if this is a fungus or if its 'sunscald'....I need to know so I can find a natural remedy for it.

-The first image with the white spot appears to be more consistent with sunscald. It looks similar to these images posted by MSU extension http://msue.anr.msu.edu/news/hot_and_...
-However, the second image Im less sure of. Due to the placement could be Blossom End Rot which is caused by a calcium deficiency, but its not typical to have those little black lesions inside the rotting area. Do you have other images of how it has progressed?

Hi Mary
I agree with Kelsee. I would say that in one image you may have a secondary fungal infection where in the brown area some fungi is appearing. This might be that tissue is dead given airborne/food spoilage fungi a chance to grown.

But mostly I think the problems are physiological not an infectious agent like a fungus.
