It looks like bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. Quite common in young seedlings. Infected seed materials are main source of disease. Main symptoms are leaf margin turns brown and curled upward. Later the plants wilt and die. The base of the infected pseudostem and the rhizome emit foul smell. To confirm the disease you can do ooze test. Cut the pseudostem and dip it in clean glass of water to see oozing of milky exudates.

Management:
Remove the infected plant and burn them
Use healthy disease free seed material
