Lemon tree problem

Lemon    None Given

My lemon tree was fruiting when i got it from the nursery. Keep in mind they were using chemical fertilizers , then for a year now it stopped fruiting and I only feed organically but yet it seems as it has a problem and therefore its not fruiting. Magnesium deficiency is one thing , but there are some leaves that look sick like it has leaf miners or something else.

Agree with your analysis. For leaf miner control follow the below methods
1. Squeeze the leaf at the tunnel between two fingers to crush any larvae
2. If few leaves are infected remove and destroy them
3. Use yellow sticky traps to catch adults

For magnesium deficiency apply recommended quantity of magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) per pot.

Usually nutrient deficient plants produce few poor quality fruits.

In your case the lack of fruiting may be due to stress. You shifted from chemical fertilizers to organic fertilizers. Also I guess that the plants your bought were growing in controlled condition which make them to fruit early.
