Kalamansi (Calmondin) trees drying out

Mandarin oranges    None Given

I bought some small Kalamansi trees from the nursery and they were ok until the stalks of the tree started drying out even though it's been watered . The pH is 5. I decided to add some organic all purpose fertilizer and water well hoping it will get back into full health! is there something I can do to help them along?

Make sure the tree is potted in well draining soil and do not over water it as the the plants do not tolerate wet soil. Once or twice a week is fine depending on the temperature, if it is very hot then you may need to go to twice a week. Position the tree in a place that receives good sunlight. Keep this up and see how the plant responds. Perhaps it is just a bit shocked from being moved to its new location.
