It is a plant that is above the two thousand high sea level, is 155 cm, climate is warm.

I believe it may be due to a genetic disturbance or due to low temperature or lack of water.

I had some input on this from Dr Surinder Chopra at Penn State.

The problem is called tassel seed. In this the male flower looses its programming and becomes female. Caused by high temps or changes because of stress that tinkers with Jasmonic Acid balance. This very common in maize. There are 8 tassel seed genetic mutations identified.
