Can you identify these spots on apricots and help me to treat them?

Apricot    None Given

The apricots on my tree are coming in with these spots. We are total beginners at caring for apricot trees, we inherited them with the house. The tree is large and heavy set with fruit. We use a drip system to water the tree 3 times per week. We live in a very dry climate sedona AZ.
